Crispy Fried Chicken





Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 or 2 drumstick or thigh meat (boneless)
5 tablespoons canola oil

Seasonings:
KFC flour or Asian style fried flavouring flour
Dash of salt

Cooking:
  • Heat oil in a thick-based metal pan.
  • Sprinkle chicken with salt.
  • Coat chicken thoroughly with Asian flour.
  • Shallow pan fried chicken until golden brown.
  • Serve whole or cut into strips.
