Ingredients:
1 or 2 drumstick or thigh meat (boneless)
5 tablespoons canola oil
Seasonings:
KFC flour or Asian style fried flavouring flour
Dash of salt
Cooking:
- Heat oil in a thick-based metal pan.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt.
- Coat chicken thoroughly with Asian flour.
- Shallow pan fried chicken until golden brown.
- Serve whole or cut into strips.
